Thank you for your support in 2010
"Thank you Médecins Sans Frontières from the people of Rue 20 for your solidarity against cholera." That message, in Haitian Creole, appears on a banner that hangs in the city of Cap Haitien in Haiti. It was created by residents to acknowledge the care that you've helped Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) provide in the wake of the latest disaster to affect the country.
It's thanks to your support as a Partners Without Borders monthly donor that MSF was able to respond to the cholera outbreak in Haiti and many other emergencies in close to 70 countries this year. With your gifts, you've helped bring medical assistance to people affected by natural disasters, conflict, disease and neglect.
The impact your support has is best told through the stories of our patients – the people we serve. Mirlanda, a ten-year-old Haitian girl who lost her mother in January's earthquake, is one of them. Despite this, her story, as told by a photographer who visited the MSF clinic where Mirlanda received care, is one of healing and hope.
This short video is beautifully told and we wanted to share it with you, along with our thanks for your important contribution to MSF's medical humanitarian aid work.

Best wishes, and thank you again for responding so generously and compassionately to bring relief to people in need.
