Angry Faces

Alongside World Aids Day on December 1, Médecins sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has launched the "Angry Faces" campaign. The campaign's goal is to raise awareness regarding the lack of access for millions of people to HIV/AIDS treatment.

The "Angry Faces" campaign will be launched on various university campuses in Toronto, Montreal, Sherbrooke and Quebec City during the week of November 26th.

MSF on Facebook!

Volunteers will set up stations on campuses during this week to educate students on the 10 reasons to be angry about the lack of access to HIV/AIDS treatment. After hearing the news, students will be asked to snap a picture of their angry face, which will be posted on the Angry Faces group on Facebook.

Photo Exhibit:

MSF will also be presenting their latest photo exhibit, a collection of portraits from MSF missions in Rwanda, Malawi and Zambia taken by Canadian photographer Julie Rémy. This exhibit features testimonies of lives shattered by the AIDS pandemic but also a message of hope for when the treatments do become accessible.

The "Angry Faces" campaign will be coming to a campus near you so come on out, educate yourself, spread the word and get angry!
