When will I receive my 2016 Annual Tax Receipt?
Our annual tax receipts were sent out by mail Friday, February 24. Tax receipts by email were sent on February 28. Please note that the emails sent out by our receipting system do occasionally get picked up by spam filters, so the receipt might end up in your junk mail folder. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Donor Relations team at 1 800 982 7903 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
I can’t find the receipt attachment in my email.
Your receipt can be retrieved in that email by clicking “Your Tax Receipt is attached”. If you are unable to open it, please respond directly to the email with the tax receipt in it and we will download it on your behalf and attach it as a PDF.
My security software says the receipt site is insecure.
We can assure you that the site is valid and secure so you can click through to access your tax receipt. If you are uncomfortable doing so, please respond directly to the email with the tax receipt in it and we will download the receipt on your behalf and send it as a PDF.
I would like my e-receipt sent by mail instead.
Please respond directly to the email with the tax receipt in it and we will download the receipt on your behalf and send it by mail.
